How Parents Pay School Fees Online
You need
- Invoice number OR payment link from school (WhatsApp/SMS)
- Student admission number
- Mobile Money phone or bank account (if paying instantly)
Method 1 — Payment link (easiest)
- Tap link from school:
https://e-digitex.com/pay/... - See student name and balance due
- Choose:
- Pay instantly — follow phone prompt or checkout page
- Upload proof — if you already paid elsewhere
Method 2 — Find invoice
- Go to https://e-digitex.com/pay
- Enter invoice number + admission number
- Continue to payment page
Pay instantly
- Enter your name and phone (243...)
- Enter amount (full or partial if allowed)
- Select Orange / Airtel / M-Pesa
- Confirm on your phone or complete checkout page
- Success message + reference number
Upload proof
- After paying at agent, open same pay link
- Tab Upload proof
- Enter date, time, transaction ID from SMS
- Attach photo of receipt
- Wait for school confirmation (usually 1–2 business days)
