Step-by-step — Register Marie Kouassi

• Students → Add Student
• Personal:

- First name: Marie

- Last name: Kouassi

- Admission No.: GVIS-2025-0142 (auto or manual)

- Date of birth: 2014-03-12

- Gender: Female

• Link Parent: Kouassi family record
• Campus: Main Campus — Cocody
• Optional hardware:

- RFID UID: A1B2C3D4 (printed on card)

- QR token: (auto-generated for gate pass)

• Upload photo
• Save → system can create student login (shortcode + password)

Example story

Marie receives login shortcode GVIS0142 and password. She uses the mobile app to see homework and results.
