Purpose

Generate report card comments for every student in a class after an exam, based on their marks.

Who uses it

Teachers and admins with access to Results / report cards.

Step-by-step

Go to Exams → Results (student result card page)
Scroll to Bulk report comments (AI section)
Select Exam and Class
Click Generate comments
Copy comments into your report card workflow or printing process

Example story

After Term 1 exams, Mr. Dupont selects *Mid-Term 2025* and *Grade 5 A*, generates comments, and pastes each student’s comment into the report template.
