AI in Reminders (Fees and Exams)

Purpose

Draft SMS, WhatsApp, or email reminder text before sending fee or exam broadcasts.

Who uses it

School Admin, Accountant (fee reminders); Admin, Teachers (exam reminders).

Step-by-step — Fee reminder with AI preview

• Go to Communication → Reminders
• Under Fee reminders, choose Class (optional), Fee tranche, and Channel
• Click AI draft message — text appears in Message preview
• Edit the preview if needed (placeholders like [Student Name] stay for the system)
• Click Send fee reminders
• Confirm in the popup — the preview is shown again before dispatch

Step-by-step — Exam reminder

Same flow on the Exam reminders card: set class and channel, AI draft message, edit, then Trigger exam reminders and confirm.

Example story

The accountant drafts a polite French SMS for overdue tranche 2, tweaks the amount wording, then sends to Grade 5 A only.
