SUPER ADMIN ON MOBILE

Purpose

Digitex platform operators (Super Admin) have full mobile access to all staff and student modules for testing and emergency support at any school.

Behaviour

Capability flag super_admin: true unlocks every staff module tile
Dashboard subtitle may show: *"Full access — staff & student modules"*
Both Staff Tools and Student Portal sections visible
Can notify absentees, scan NFC, approve pickups at any institution context their token allows
